Shipping

The delivery fee is non-refundable unless the goods fail to comply with the consumer guarantee provisions of Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We will only deliver to addresses within Australia. All orders will be shipped from the business located in Western Australia. Delivery lead time will vary depending on your location. We will make every attempt to deliver goods as quickly as possible however please beware that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors that are beyond our control.

 

Returns Policy


Returns are accepted within 7 days from the tracked date of delivery to your home or delivery to the post awaiting your collection. To return the item(s) please contact Hunter and Rodmann directly, then send the item(s) back via post. Return post costs will be at your expense. Please note that a refund will be given as long as the product is returned unused, unopened, in its original packaging, with all parts in place and fully functioning. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) if the product is damaged, faulty or not as ordered, you have 7 days from the tracked delivery date to contact us
to arrange for a refund. We encourage you to return your parcel via registered or traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Hunter and Rodmann.
